If you are still unable to install the ActiveX Control for Flash Player or the ActiveX installation from Adobe.com, follow these steps:

1. Download the executable Flash Player installer:

•  Flash_Player_10_ActiveX (Internet Explorer for Windows only)
•  Flash_Player_10_Plugin (All other Windows browsers)

2. Save this installer to your desktop.
